The IMA Web University™ is a self-paced, interactive, web based e-learning tool. It provides managerial and front line staff with the knowledge to succeed in their job functions and the capability to understand and support your organization's objectives.
Most of the courses within the IMA Web University™ are approved for CEUs by leading professional organizations, including, AAPC, NAHAM, and AAHAM.
The IMA Web University™ can be utilized either by organizations or by individuals. Web University's self-paced course work is presented in modules from a content perspective to assist the user with specific components of each business practice. Organizations that utilize the IMA Web University™ for their education will also have access to the administrative features of the tool, as well. Students are tested prior to beginning course work, during courses and after completion of course modules to determine the results of the training. You will be able to track student progress and compare staff's test results to identify areas where more concentrated training needs exist.
Organizations can also customize the content within the IMA Web University™ to incorporate the following:
