IMA Consulting believes that service value is dependent upon our ability to
effectively transfer knowledge to our clients for their ongoing use. As such, we
consider the delivery of education and training services as an integral part of
our operational consulting engagements. We provide a blended approach of
classroom and e-learning capabilities to support the educational needs of client
organizations. This is accomplished by utilizing a standard approach to design
and development of instructional courses (Analysis, Design, Development,
Implementation, Evaluation); providing varied methodologies for delivery of
training and education (classroom, web-based, web conference, other methods for
blended learning); assessing pre- and post-training competencies; and, promoting
evaluation of current skill sets and enhancement of job competencies to support
ongoing staff development and career advancement.
