Kim has 22 years of experience exclusively in the healthcare field, and leads the Revenue Management practice. She has led many engagements focused on customer service, process improvement, and information systems implementation and utilization. She has been a project manager for several operational process re-engineering and information system implementation projects for large multi-hospital health systems.
