Mary Ann G. Holt, RN, Partner has over 30 years of healthcare experience in hospital operations, healthcare administration, nursing, and professional services in community hospitals, academic medical centers, multi-facility system levels, and healthcare consulting. Her expertise encompasses care delivery, benchmarking, process redesign, performance improvement, outcome management for continuous quality improvement, and managing large performance improvement engagements. Mary Ann spent 20 years with the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she held various positions in nursing and hospital administration.

Robert Gift, MSIE has more than 30 years of progressive experience in healthcare management at the operational, administrative, and multi-facility system levels.

Ilah S. Stolz, RN, MS, Director has more than 25 years experience in all aspects of healthcare leadership and the delivery of healthcare services. She has demonstrated skill sets in performance improvement, leadership development, and financial turnarounds in a variety of settings resulting in improved performance and clinical and satisfaction outcomes.
