Robert J. De Luca, CPA, CFF, Partner has over 25 years of experience exclusively in the healthcare industry and leads our Financial Services and Litigation Support practices. Bob’s expertise in Medicare regulatory and healthcare finance includes hospital sale and merger, acquisition due diligence and financial feasibility studies. He has provided expert witness testimony in civil and criminal matters and the Medicare PRRB and has led settlement negotiations with the DOJ and OIG. Prior to joining IMA Consulting, Bob was Partner-In-Charge of a Big-4 healthcare practice.

Janice G. Jacobs, CPA, CPC, CCS, ROCC, Director has over 25 years of healthcare industry experience including hospital accounting and auditing, inpatient, outpatient and professional fee coding and compliance and revenue management. Prior to joining IMA Consulting, Janice was a Director in Huron’s Healthcare Compliance and Investigations Practice where she worked on numerous engagements at the country’s top Academic Medical Centers including Stanford, Duke, Johns Hopkins and the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Ed Ladely, CPA, CMA, Director has over 22 years of healthcare experience with a focus on financial reporting and management, Medicare, and third-party reimbursement issues. He has developed financial plans for successful new programs, generating new revenue, and has a proven track record in accounts receivable reduction and balance sheet improvement. Prior to joining IMA Consulting, Ed served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Montgomery Healthcare System in Norristown, Pennsylvania.

David Centafont, Senior Consulting Manager has over 25 years of healthcare experience including litigation support and expert testimony, business valuation services, reimbursement consulting, regulatory compliance, executive oversight of a Software Company, new business development and strategic planning. His consulting clients have included hospital and health systems, home health care, long-term care, physician and psychiatric hospitals.
