Her background includes more than 30 years of progressive management experience in nursing, professional and clinical support services, hospital operations, and healthcare administration. Her strengths encompass governance and leadership development, workforce dynamics, project management, process re-engineering, system analysis, and performance improvement.
Marianne Dietrick-Gallagher, RN, MSN, MBA. Marianne’s progressive healthcare experience in clinical nursing, staff education, nursing administration, hospital operations, and physician practice management spans more than 30 years. Her capabilities include project management, performance improvement, process redesign, productivity measurement and improvement, program development, outcome measurement, and leadership development.
Janetta DeOnna, RN, PhD, author of NMCI, possesses over 30 years of progressive experience in industry, healthcare, organizational development, and academia. Recognized as an innovative, service-oriented, effective facilitator, she demonstrates a collaborative style. Janetta identifies trends and seeks opportunities to bring stakeholders together using her strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Robin Allen, RN, MSN, MBA, incorporates over 30 years of progressive management experience in nursing, professional and clinical support services, hospital operations and healthcare administration. A results-oriented leader and change agent, Robin demonstrates strong analytical abilities and proven skills in developing creative solutions to address professional development, staffing, budgeting, quality, and risk management issues.
Mary Kinneman, RN, MSN, a healthcare executive with extensive nursing and hospital operations experience provides consistent influential leadership. During more than 30 years of progressive healthcare experience, Mary’s broad management experience encompassed patient acute care services, financial management, information systems, and clinical support services. She serves on the American Organization of Nurse Executive’s Board of Directors.
