Paul G. Soper, CPA, Partner has over 20 years of healthcare experience with a focus on Medicare reimbursement issues. Over the past 15 years, Paul has led numerous engagements aimed at improving his hospital clients’ Medicare Reimbursement. For example, Paul has led Medicare Disproportionate Share services to over 70 hospitals, Medicare Bad Debt services to over 60 hospitals, Medicare wage index services to over 50 hospitals, Medicare cost report preparation and review services to over 10 hospitals and Medicare Medical Education reviews to over 10 hospitals.

Scott Kazanjian, Senior Consulting Manager is a healthcare executive with over 17 years experience in hospital reimbursement. His expertise includes interpretation of third-party reimbursement regulations, regulatory compliance, litigation support, and Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting. As Director of Reimbursement at St. Luke’s Health Network, Scott oversaw the reimbursement department for a four-hospital, 650 bed healthcare network.
