Our revenue cycle team is comprised of nationally recognized experts in all areas of the revenue cycle. The diverse backgrounds of our staff include Big Four accounting/consulting, health system, hospital, and healthcare provider operations; and provide us the ability to assemble a formidable team to effectively assist providers on a myriad of healthcare issues.
We view ourselves as a key component of the provider’s own revenue cycle team and work collaboratively to accomplish the goals of the engagement. Our leadership team includes:
Christopher Karman, Director has 35 years of experience in healthcare and is an expert in all facets of Patient Access and Patient Accounts management. He has done extensive work in project management, contract negotiations, process re-engineering, total quality management, team dynamics and facilitation, information systems, and in the design and implementation of training programs.
Revenue Recovery
James F. Collins, MBA, Director has over 20 years of progressive experience in
the healthcare industry. His experience comes from both the provider side as
well as the consulting side and includes finance, regulatory compliance, and
third-party reimbursement for a number of provider settings including hospitals
and health systems, home health agencies, continuing care retirement
communities, and skilled nursing facilities. Areas of concentration include
compliance plan development and re-design, compliance auditing, IRO services,
revenue recovery, acquisition due diligence, financial modeling, and third-party
reimbursement.
