IMA Consulting utilizes a team of Nurse Coders to assist in the Medical Record review of a select group of medical records to ensure the highest quality and accuracy of the work product.
Anthony J. Scarcelli, Jr., CPA, Partner has 18 years in the healthcare field. Tony has developed expertise in revenue integrity and recovery solutions, interpretation of third-party reimbursement regulations, regulatory compliance and Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting. Consulting clients have included for-profit and not-for-profit hospital and health systems and healthcare companies.

James F. Collins, MBA, Director has over 20 years of progressive
experience in the healthcare industry. His experience comes from both the
provider side as well as the consulting side and includes finance, regulatory
compliance, and third-party reimbursement for a number of provider settings
including hospitals and health systems, home health agencies, continuing care
retirement communities, and skilled nursing facilities. Areas of concentration
include compliance plan development and re-design, compliance auditing, IRO
services, revenue recovery, acquisition due diligence, financial modeling, and
third-party reimbursement.
Mario Feher, Director has over 12 years experience exclusively
in the healthcare industry, has a deep understanding of third-party
reimbursement issues, and experience with corporate business office services.
Mario earned his Master of Science in Health Administration, from Saint Joseph’s
University in Philadelphia, PA. He is also a member of the Florida Chapter of
the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Rob Jones, MBA, CPAT, Director has over 15 years of progressive
healthcare operations and financial management as a provider and consultant. As
a provider, he has extensive front line executive level leadership experience
managing large centralized business operations (both hospital and physician)
focused on patient financial services and revenue management. As a consultant,
his expertise includes all facets of revenue cycle operations, revenue recovery,
reimbursement analysis, financial modeling, operational assessments, and
forensic revenue integrity audits.
