Revenue Management Team Information

Our revenue cycle team is comprised of nationally recognized experts in all areas of the revenue cycle. The diverse backgrounds of our staff include Big Four accounting/consulting, health system, hospital, and healthcare provider operations; and provide us the ability to assemble a formidable team to effectively assist providers on a myriad of healthcare issues.

We view ourselves as a key component of the provider’s own revenue cycle team and work collaboratively to accomplish the goals of the engagement. Our leadership team includes:

Kimberly Hollingsworth, MBA, Partner has more than 25 years of experience exclusively in the healthcare field, and she leads our Revenue Management practice. Kim’s expertise in the revenue cycle includes Patient Access, Charge Capture, Patient Accounting, and Information Technology. She has many years of operational experience working for a provider and as a consultant. Kim has worked for multi hospital health systems, community hospitals, academic medical centers, and large physician practices across the country. Her areas of expertise include process improvement, change management, project management, and information systems implementation and adoption.

Paul Burke, Director has 20 years of experience in healthcare and is an expert in Information Systems, Patient Accounts management and General Finance. He has done extensive work in evaluating and resolving business needs through the design, implementation and support of software and process solutions; and developing training programs which lead to increased employee productivity and proficiency.

Ron Camejo, Director has 15 years of experience in healthcare and is an expert in all facets of the revenue cycle. He has done extensive work in project management, process re-engineering, total quality management, team dynamics and facilitation, Central Business Office (CBO) implementation and in the design and delivery of training programs.

Mindy Kilroy, Director has over 18 years of healthcare experience in both hospital operations and consulting services. She has a diverse Revenue Cycle background including Information Technology, Patient Access, Central Scheduling, OR Scheduling, Patient Accounting and Physician Practice Management.
